Introducing the First AI Ready Automated Building Construction System

Basic Concept

Introducing the first AI ready, automated building panel manufacturing and automated erection system. The system consists of a full line of exterior and interior walls, floor/ceiling and roof/ceiling panels that are fully factory finished on both sides with precast faces, cast stone moulding, windows, steel frames, insulation and are pre-wired. The building panels are additively manufactured with insulative polyurethane foam bonding the materials, components and panels together. Building panel installation/erection uses automated planning, handling, placement and connecting technology to lift, fly, position and brace the panels. The panels are robotically bonded together to create a composite structure with seams robotically finished. The building's exterior is a simplified and inexpensive method of producing beautiful architectural precast exterior wall and roof panels accented by a second simplified and inexpensive method of manufacturing cast stone moulding surrounds, quoins and seam covers. This next generation system results in 80% less labor, highly attractive and higher quality buildings with much faster construction and a 20% to 30% cost savings.
