Exceptional Building Systems, Inc. (EBS) has more than 20 US patents relative to various building systems which have been awarded to its founder, Ken Kreizinger (see below).  Several patents are being issued in 2021with others issued over the past five years and all concern five building systems that may be combined or used with other conventional systems.

The fundamental requirements for each of these systems is that they reduce costs, are high quality and result in a highly marketable building product.

In addition to the building systems, EBS has detailed plans for the fabrication, handling and installation of each.
